Uygar insan;
sadece makineler kuran değil,
vicdanında denge kurabilendir.
Bilimde ilerler,
atomun kalbine iner,
uzayın sessizliğini çözer,
ama en çok kendi içindeki karanlığı aydınlatmaya çalışır.

Teknolojiyi büyütür,
ama insanı küçültmez.
Hızla akan çağın içinde
yüreğini yavaşlatmayı bilir.
Etik onun pusulasıdır;
çıkarın değil doğrunun izini sürer.
Ahlak, yasadan önce gelir onda,
çünkü yasa yazılmadan önce
insan olmayı öğrenmiştir.

Kültür onun hafızasıdır,
sanat ise kalbinin dili.
Bir tabloya bakarken yalnız renkleri değil,
insanın acısını ve umudunu görür.

Uygar insan;
bilgiyi güç için değil,
hayatı çoğaltmak için kullanır.
Ve en sonunda şunu bilir:
Gerçek uygarlık
binaların yüksekliğinde değil,
insanlığın derinliğindedir.

The Civilized Human
The civilized human is not merely one who builds machines,
but one who can build balance within their conscience.
They advance in science,
descend into the heart of atoms,
decode the silence of the universe,
yet most of all, they strive to illuminate the darkness within themselves.
They grow technology,
but do not diminish humanity.
Within the rushing flow of the age,
they know how to slow their heart.
Ethics is their compass;
they follow the path of truth, not interest.
Morality comes before law in them,
for before laws were written,
they had already learned how to be human.
Culture is their memory,
and art is the language of their heart.
When looking at a painting, they see not only colors,
but also the pain and hope of humankind.
The civilized human uses knowledge
not for power,
but to expand life.
And in the end, they know this:
true civilization lies not in the height of buildings,
but in the depth of humanity.
