Selinden güç sınayan heybetli damlada güç,
Her kğpürme sonunda koca dereye hörgüç.
Zannetmesin o damla övünmeye layıktır,
Yutulurken kendisi deryaya döner övünç.

POWER
Power is tested by the flood within the mighty drop;
With every foaming surge, a great river bears its hump.
Let not that drop believe it is worthy of pride,
For, as it is swallowed, it becomes the glory of the sea.
