Bir çınar devrildi bugün, köy sessizleşti,
Toprağa karıştı bir ömür, bir hikâye bitti.
Her yaprağı bir anı, her dalı bir nasihat,
Bizden bir parça daha bu dünyadan çekildi.
Çınarlarımız birer birer göçüyor, farkında mısın?
Onlar gittikçe dünya biraz daha yalnız, biraz daha sessiz.
Bir zamanlar hayat veren kökleri,
Şimdi hatıralarda can buluyor, biliyor musun?
Yaşlı elleri öpmedik mi yeterince?
O bilge gözlere bakmadık mı sevgiyle?
Bayramlar gelip geçerken unuttuk mu onları?
Ziyaret edilmemiş kapılar kaldı mı geride?
Hayattayken bilmeliyiz değerlerini,
Bir selam, bir hatır sormalık mesafe,
Onlar bekliyor sessizce, belki de son defa,
Kalplerini alalım, hüzün bırakmadan geride.
Çınarlar devrilince boşalır dünya,
Bir yürek eksilir, yerini doldurmaz asla.
Onlar gidince anlarız kıymetlerini,
Ama vakit çok geç olmadan,
Sarılalım onların koca yüreklerine.
Her biri bir hazine, her biri bir tarih,
Unutma, bir gün sen de devrileceksin.
A plane tree fell down today, the village became quiet,
A life fell into the ground, a story ended.
Every leaf is a memory, every branch is an advice,
Another piece of us has been taken from this world.
Our plane trees are migrating one by one, are you aware?
As they leave, the world becomes a little lonelier, a little quieter.
Roots that once gave life,
Now it comes alive in memories, you know?
Haven't we kissed old hands enough?
Didn't we look into those wise eyes with love?
Have we forgotten them as the holidays come and go?
Are there any doors left unvisited?
We must know our values while we are alive,
A greeting, a reminder of the distance,
They wait silently, maybe for the last time,
Let's take their hearts, leaving no sadness behind.
When the plane trees fall, the world becomes empty,
A heart is missing, it can never be replaced.
We will realize their value when they are gone,
But before it's too late,
Let's embrace their big hearts.
Each one a treasure, each one a history,
Remember, one day you will fall too.
