Koca sinilere hamurlar yapılır. Diğer çorbalardan ayrıldığı nokta katılaşmış hamur ile yenmesidir. Hikmeti ise çorba çok sıcak yenir, soğuk hamur o sıcaklığı alır. Dedem bol acı katar içine. İç Anadolu bölgesine ait olduğunu sanıyorum.Arabaşı da denir.
