No One Cares About The Past

No one cares about the past,
To ordinary nothingness that predicts the future.

Who signed the law that ropes us?
Changing chemistry of time,
Yellow from red ink.

Your boil is carved into a thin pain,
Human transformation,
Human pain.

Black hole inside,
'Other',
Malignant outside,
Another name for infestation.

This unruly habit that wraps around my wrist,
Extinct warrior spirit,
Who says I'll heal my wound first.
She was going to dry the term later!

'Nobody' in exile,
I gave way to the boat of consolation,
I left the side of my tongue in the wild.

'Ah! so that's it,
Mountain collapsed,
I didn't finish the song I called'.

Remove your stones!
All your puzzles,
Your rope, your gallows, take whatever you have,
Your shortcomings with yourself,
Take your salt and get out of here.

Slice pox,
Slice of brash,
Drumming on your coffee table today.
