The sunrise and the sunset
Somewhere over the rainbow
And my face on the mirrors
Flickering sea sparkles
During the nights under the moonlight
I can see when you are not there.
With a smiling child in the tender arms
With a canary green-winged and blue-headed
With my friends since childhood
I can be interested when you are not there.
The happy birds chirping in the morning
Sounding compositions of Mozart
The sound of waves hitting the shore
I can hear when you are not there.
The smell of the most beautiful rose in the world
And the smell of fresh soil in the spring
The smell of a baby just born
I can smell when you are not there.
The warmth of the people
My loneliness in the crowded streets
And the sadness in my heart
I can feel when you are not there.
While you are there, only I can feel you.
