Smudged reflections in moonlight
Cast our shadows to the walls
There, I step down into the darkness
I fall into the deepest well
To see the beauties
The rosebud blooms scarlet red
In the dark alleyway
The statues move their heads away
Entombed desires embrace
The night of truth
Where graveflowers shiver
And metallic shards of light cut the skin
I say to thee
This is the disfigured mask you shall not see
Look away now, in the palace and flee
You are like a talisman inside my heart
Where wax melts from you onto me
I see the ghost of the pale girl
Solemnly following me
Here at the end of the world
Two black pearls watching me
Two onyx mirrors like alluring aureate stars
Two black tulips blossoming between painted petals
Two dark springs shining elysian haze
Like two eclipsed moons rising above
Striking blazed embers into my being
Like two charred snuff boxes
Revealing a tapestry of sorrow
Now, the wind averted their gaze
Hundreds of shadowy lashes struck down
As eighty more rose up to clash with them
And in the midst of desert beauties
The dark pearl was hidden from all sight
With the veiled petals of the goddess
Like the silvery clouds rising
Ravens of ill omen danced in the liquid red
Like leaves swirling in a lake of tempest
There, ardent passions were resurrected in moonlight
Memories of our garden refused to stay buried
Windy nights forced their way in
On the cold soil, you died little deaths
As the ink dripped so softly
You wailed beyond the stars
Gave in to the desire to freeze
And listened to the hymns of the razors
Watched the firmament pierced
As the grid came down blushing.
