Birinci katta huzur vardı, dostluk vardı, muhabbet,
Gönüller rahattı, sohbetler tatlı, kelam ziyafet.
Şimdi onuncu kata çıktılar, manzara genişçe,
Ufuklar açılacak, umutlar daha serbestçe.
Asansör sırası dert mi ki? Yol almanın bedeli,
Yükselmek, ilerlemek, değişimin ezgisi belli.
Ama bilirim ki onlar, asla tepeden bakmaz,
Gönül gözüyle görürler, kalpleri kin saklamaz.
Suat Müdürüm, neşen daim, yüzün hep güleç,
Gerede’nin güzel evladı, dostlara ışık, meşale, ateş.
Çalışkanlığın bir emanet, her yere değer katar,
Zihinlerde her daim sevgiyle anılacak hatıralar.
Emre Müdürüm, disiplinin bir örnek, yol gösteren,
Adaletin, düzenin, başarıya yön veren.
Her işin sağlam, her adımın bir değer,
Nice mutlu günler, nice zaferler diler.
Yeni bir kat, yeni bir düzen, bambaşka bir hayat,
Ama dostluk baki, muhabbet hep aynı safahat.

Not Looking From High, But Seeing From Far Away
There was peace on the first floor, there was friendship, conversation,
The hearts were relaxed, the conversations were sweet, the words were a feast.
Now they have reached the tenth floor, the view is wide,
Horizons will be opened, hopes will be more freely.
Is the elevator queue a problem? The cost of taking the road,
To rise, to move forward, the melody of change is obvious.
