Disiplinle yoğrulmuş, özveriyle büyüyen,
Adaletle yürüyen, yalnız hakka boyun eğen.
Dışladılar, engellediler, yoluna taş döşediler,
Ama yılmaz Mustafa BAKIR, dimdik yine ilerler.
Adaletle yürüdü, yılmadı, bükülmedi,
Ne engeller gördü de, bir an olsun küsmedi.
Hakkı için savaştı, dik durdu, eğilmedi,
Mustafa’ya kutlu olsun, bahtı açık, yol belli!
İş ahlakı sarsılmaz, tertemizdir kalbi de,
Vatan aşkı yakışır, onun azimli hâline.
TOKİ’den çıktı yola, umutla bakanlığa,
Fırsat verilmedi lakin, düşmedi asla dara.
Çalışkandır, dürüsttür, sorumluluk onda şan,
Vatanına bağlıdır, iş ahlakı bir nişan.
Engellerle boğuştu, yılmadı, pes etmeden,
Şimdi yeni bir görev, kutlu olsun yürekten!
Şimdi yeni bir görev, Fen Kurulu yolunda,
Emek veren, üreten, hep vatanın bağrında.
Dürüst, çalışkan, doğru, onurlu bir abide,
Mustafa Bey’e selam olsun, selam olsun selametle!
Fen Kurulu’nda artık, hizmet için azimli,
Gece gündüz demeden, çalışacak gayretli.
Mustafa Bakır gibi, nice Mustafa’lara,
Selam olsun vatanı yücelten o adamlara!
Yeni görevin kutlu, yolun olsun aydınlık,
Başarıya mühürlü, alnın hep ak, hep parlak.

Selam olsun göğsünde bayrak taşıyanlara!
Greetings to Mr. Mustafa
Kneaded with discipline, growing with dedication,
Who walks with justice, who submits only to the truth.
They excluded, blocked, put stones in the way,
But the indomitable Mustafa BAKIR, straight ahead again.
He walked with justice, did not flinch, did not bend,
He saw no obstacles and did not resent them for a moment.
He fought for his right, stood upright, did not bend,
Happy birthday to Mustafa, his luck is clear, the way is clear!
His work ethic is unshakeable, he is immaculate and his heart is,
The love of the motherland suits his determination.
He left TOKI on the road, to the ministry with hope,
