Yarı yolda kaldın, parçalandın tabanda.
Ey ayakkabı, bu mudur dostluk?
Sahibini bırakmak mıdır doğruluk?
İnsan emek verir, değer katar,
Vefasızlık ise gönülleri yaralar.
Özlem Hanım vakit harcadı, emek sundu,
Sen ise hainlik edip onu unuttun.
Sadakat varken, yol varken dümdüz,
Neden seçtin ihaneti, neden oldun yüzsüz?
Her ihtiyaç duyulan dost, dost kalmalı,
Ne kendini harcatmalı, ne de başkasını harcamalı.

Her dost görünenle yol yürünmez, bu gerçektir.
