Adı gibi gocaman, tadı da şahane,
Gerede'nin aşıdır, düşmez dilden, bahane.
Üstü tereyağlı, mis gibi kokar,
İçindeki kıyması, damakta akar.

Tencerede kaynar, sabırla pişer,
Sofraya gelince gönüller coşar.
Bir lokma alırsın, mest eder seni,
Daha ilk tadında bulursun benliğini.

Görünce göz kamaşır, kalpler heyecan,
Başına oturan, unutur zamanı anbean.
Bir tabakla yetmez, gönül ister daha,
Goca makarnayla dolar neşe, şifa.
