Düğün salonunda tam ortadayım,
Gürültüden başım dönmüş, bayılmadayım.
Bir yanda davul, zurna çalar gür gür,
Sesler patlıyor adeta gök gürültüsüdür.
Gelinin başı sağa sola savrulur,
Damat pistte terlemiş, bak nasıl durulur.
Amaç eğlenmek mi yoksa eziyet,
Bu düğün değil, resmen bir işkence elbet!
Kulaklarım çınlar, sağır oldum yahu,
Orkestrada ses kısan yok, hadi be bir zahmet, ahu!
Mikrofon elinde biri var, konuşur durmaz,
Bu ne biçim bir düğün, ah halime bakmaz!
Herkes oynar, zıplar, coşmuş millet,
Ama ben perişan, nerde eğlence, hürmet?
Sandalyede oturmuş, çaresizce bakarım,
"Bu gece bitse artık" diye dua ederim.
Masa başında çay var, içmek isterim,
Ama gürültüden ne tat alırım, ne keyfim!
Tabağa bak, kaşık çınlar bir yanımda,
Sanki çekiçle vuruyorlar her an masada!
Düğünde eğlence, güzel mi güzel,
Ama ses kirliliği de bir başka mesele.
Yavaş yavaş çıkayım derken dışarı,
Oh, dünya varmış be, sessizlik ne karı!
Gelinle damat mutlu, ne güzel işte,
Ama biz misafirler, kulaklar gitmiş de!
Bir ders olsun bu herkese derinden,
Düğün yapacaksan, biraz da sakinlen!
I'm right in the middle of the wedding hall,
I'm dizzy from the noise, I'm about to faint.
On one side, drums and horns are playing loudly,
The sounds explode like thunder.
The bride's head swings left and right,
The groom is sweating on the runway, look how to calm down.
Is the aim to have fun or torture?
This is not a wedding, of course it is torture!
My ears are ringing, I'm deaf,
There is no mute in the orchestra, no bother, duh!
Someone has a microphone in his hand, as soon as he speaks,
What kind of a wedding is this? I'm sorry!
Everyone is playing, jumping, people are excited,
But I am miserable, where is the fun and respect?
Sitting on the chair, I look helplessly,
I pray, "Let this night end."
There is tea at the table, I would like to drink it,
But I get no taste or pleasure from noise!
Look at the plate, spoons are ringing next to me,
It's like they're hitting the table with a hammer all the time!
Fun at the wedding, beautiful, beautiful,
But sound pollution is another issue.
While trying to get out slowly,
Oh, what a world of silence!
The bride and groom are happy, how beautiful it is,
But we guests, the ears are gone!
