BERAT KANDİLİ

Bir gece var, nurla dolu, aşk ile, ihsan ile,
Günahları siler gider, rahmet akar tövbe ile.
Semâ kapısı açılır, melekler iner her yana,
Dua eden kurtulurmuş, düşse bile zindana.

Bu gecenin adı “Berat’tır”, affın büyük nişanı,
Kim ki el açarsa samimiyetle, silinir günahları.
Mahşer günü defterinde ak bir sayfa arayan,
Bu geceyi kaçırırsa, çok bedel öder inan.

Mevlâ’m der ki: “Gel kulum, rahmetim sonsuz sana,
Bir adım at, bin vereyim, kalma karanlıklarda.”
Günahından arın bugün, tövbe et gönülden sen,
Bu fırsat gelmez her vakit, ilâhi aşkı içten.

Şu göğe bak, yıldız gibi ümmet için gözyaşı,
Müjde yağar en yüceden, kurtuluşun ışıltısı.
Bir secdeye var da, yakar, af dile, titreyerek,
Kimler geldi kimler geçti, affa erişerek.
Her duada bir berat var, her secdede kurtuluş,
Bu gece affın mührüdür, cümle derde sunuluş.

Bir ömür ki hata ile, aldanışla geçmişse,
Bu geceyi fırsat bilip, canla başla temizle.
Secdelere kapanarak, halini arz eyle sen,
Kim ki içten yakarırsa, merhamet var, rahmetten.

Ey nefsine yenik düşen, bırak artık günah yükünü,
Aç ellerini aczinle pişmanlıkla arzet tüm cürmünü
Gözlerini yaşla süsle, dök içindeki küskünlüğü.
Hasret dolsun yüreğine, iste Rabbinden övgü.

Bu gece kurtuluş vakti, bağışlanma anı,
Dua et de silinsin, nefsinin tüm hataları.
Bu gece tövbe kapısı, sonsuz kerem deryası,
Kurtuluşun anahtarı, affın en büyük şansı.

Mevlâ der ki: “Gel kulum, üzme artık kendini,
Günahın çok olsa da, rahmetimle sileyim hepsini.
Ben ki affetmek muradım, ben ki Rahman, Rahîm’im,
Bir adım sen at da bana, bin adım ben sana geleyim.”

Ey Mevla’m, affet bizi, beraatimizi ver,
Kirlenmiş kalplerimizi, aşkın ile pak eyle.
Bu geceye eriştirdin, bağışladın, şükür Rabbime,
Rahmetinle sar bizleri, senin aşkın yeter bize.

Ey Allah’ım, affet bizi, sildik isyana meyli,
Aşkın olsun her şeyin, Gönlümüzü pak eyle ki
Bu mübarek gecede sen, ümmetine bak rahim,
Günahkârız, ne olur bağışla , affına açılır ellerim…

O my Mawla, forgive us, give us our acquittal,
